Alex and I met several years ago when I moved to NC to step into my new roll as pastor of Bethany Hills Baptist Church (now Trinity Bible Church). At that time, she was one of the teens in the youth group here, and, soon after, she began teaching my oldest daughter the piano. Over the years, we have had the privilege of watching her grow, mature, go off to college, get married, and continue her life and ministry there in SC. What a joy it has been to partner with her in writing a hymn for the church!
